The focus of Symbiote’s approach to customer service is a centralized, interactive clearinghouse of data that can be easily accessed by customers and sales partners. We call it Symbiote Central. It’s actually a collection of dynamic databases on the Symbiote website that customers can work with to do everything from designing their workplaces to ordering the furniture they need.

The website is easy to use, but Symbiote Central also includes real people... facilities experts and designers to help you through the process of identifying your needs and specifying the solutions that will fill those needs.

Planning

Need a drawing to see how Symbiote products will fit into your space? Call Symbiote Central. We’ll create one for your specific needs and file it on your own secure area of the Symbiote web site that you can access 24 hours a day with your password. Need some ideas to see how other facilities have solved problems similar to yours? Go online to Symbiote Central and browse through the Symbiote Facilities Matrix. You’ll find hundreds of installation drawings and photographs illustrating solutions that are sure to spark some ideas for your own workplace.

Ordering

When it comes time to place your order, Symbiote Central includes detailed catalogs and specifications on all the products of Symbiote and our product partners including equipment racks, work surfaces, enclosures, seating and storage products. Then, track your order online for specific delivery dates and installation schedules.

Invoicing

With Symbiote’s “Solutions” approach, and the partnerships we’ve fostered with key suppliers, building your facility, whether it be a factory, lab or office environment, is simpler than ever. There is only one purchase order and one invoice, and you can be sure that the elements you order will fit together like a glove.
